    June 17, 2026 (Waseca, MN) — Keen Bank is pleased to announce the addition of John Arnold, realtor and co-owner of Prime Partners, to the Board of Directors. Arnold is a Waseca native who comes to Keen Bank with valuable business and community insight and is the son of Richard Arnold, who served on the Keen Bank Board of Directors for 40 years.

    “John brings more than 15 years of real estate experience and has established himself as a leader in residential and commercial development, new construction sales and investment properties,” said Bernie Gaytko, President and CEO of Keen Bank. “His roots to Waseca along with his expertise in real estate throughout the state makes him a valuable asset to represent and guide Keen Bank for years to come.” 
     
    Throughout his career, Arnold has been involved in more than 300 new construction projects, helping guide development opportunities, pricing strategy and project direction from concept to market. In addition to real estate sales, Arnold operates more than 40 new construction rental homes across Minnesota, overseeing operations, banking relationships, subcontractor coordination and tenant relations. He is also heavily invested in new construction of senior living facilities.
