Waseca Chamber Ambassadors Welcome Waseca Marketplace, LLC as New Chamber Member

WASECA, MN – The Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Waseca Marketplace, LLC has officially joined as a new Chamber member. The Chamber Ambassadors recently welcomed the organization, marking an exciting addition to the community.

Lori Bonin, General Partner of Waseca Marketplace, LLC and President of REVocity, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership: “We have enjoyed the opportunity to create relationships in the Waseca community. The Chamber has been a key connector for us to quickly establish partnerships to positively benefit our project plans. We are pleased to join the Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce.”

Chris Kennelly, General Partner of Waseca Marketplace, LLC and Chief Investment Officer at REVocity, shared similar sentiments: “The Chamber has been a wonderful partner to support our plans to build the first new apartment building in over twenty years. We appreciate the commitment of the Waseca Area Chamber of Commerce to support strong economic development and partnerships.”

Waseca Marketplace, LLC is leading the development of a 36-unit apartment building in Waseca, MN. This initiative is a public-private partnership involving local investors, the city, county, Chamber of Commerce, and other community leaders. The general partners of Waseca Marketplace, LLC are Brett Reese, Chris Kennelly, and Lori Bonin from REVocity, based in Northfield, MN.

REVocity specializes in helping smaller communities develop impactful real estate projects. The company’s collaborative impact investing approach connects local investors, businesses, and partners, creating sustainable growth and financial opportunities for the community. REVocity currently supports 15 established community real estate investments and is an affiliate of Rebound Partners, a Northfield-based integrated investment and management company.
