Waseca Chamber Ambassadors Welcomes New Member: Infinity Catering and Brew’d Awakenings
Waseca, MN – The Waseca Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome Infinity Catering and Brew’d Awakenings, owned by Kendra Hoehn, as the newest member of the Chamber. Kendra's journey in the culinary and hospitality industry began as a student at Winona State University and flourished with a successful tenure at ARAMARK, where she rose to the position of Catering Director for the University of Minnesota. Her experience includes managing high-profile events featuring distinguished guests such as Mikhail Gorbachev, Jimmy Carter, and the Clintons.

After a break focusing on raising her five children, Kendra returned to the culinary world as Head Cook at Trinity Lutheran School, where she also led successful fundraising initiatives. This passion for culinary arts and community support led to the founding of Infinity Catering in 2017. What began as a small operation renting a school kitchen has now grown into a multi-faceted enterprise that includes Brew’d Awakenings Bistro (opened in 2019), Infinity Shuttle (2021), Infinity on Wheels (2024), Janesville Dairy Queen (2024), and Dirty Pop Stop (2025). An expansion at the corner of Main and 1st Street is also set to open this summer.

Kristie Biehn, the Ambassador Chair, added, "Kendra’s journey showcases the power of passion, perseverance, and community spirit. We are proud to support her continued success."

"We are excited to welcome Kendra Hoehn and her team at Infinity Catering and Brew’d Awakenings to our Chamber family. Kendra’s dedication to quality, community, and growth is truly inspiring," said Mikhail Rostislavovich, Waseca Chamber Board President.
